  1. This Privacy Policy sets out the principles for the processing and protection of personal data provided by users in connection with their use of the services offered by the Website.

With a view to ensuring the security of the personal data entrusted to it, the Administrator acts on the basis of internal procedures and recommendations, in compliance with the relevant legal acts on the protection of personal data, and in particular with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 EC.

  4. The Administrator shall take particular care to protect the interests of data subjects and, in particular, shall ensure that personal data are:

    1. processed lawfully;

    2. collected for specified, legitimate purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with those purposes;

    3. substantively correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed;

    4. stored in a form which permits the identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing.

  5. Personal data are processed on the basis of the consent given by users of the Service and in cases where the provisions of applicable law authorise the Administrator to process personal data.

  6. The Administrator processes personal data voluntarily provided by users of the Website, only in order to:

    1. responding to users' enquiries made using the contact form,

    2. accepting bookings using the online booking system,

    3. carrying out the services provided by the Administrator on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) RODO

    4. marketing, including sending commercial information to the e-mail address, if the Customer has given his/her consent by ticking the appropriate box in the booking process or submitting an enquiry via the contact form. Consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes and sending commercial information may be withdrawn by clicking the appropriate link in the message received or by sending such a request to the Administrator's e-mail address,

    5. the fulfilment of the Administrator's legitimate interest in the personal data in specific cases on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) RODO e.g. debt collection, or video traffic monitoring on the premises of the Facility.

  7. Recipients of personal data may be authorities, institutions and entities authorised by law, as well as entities providing services to the Data Administrator (e.g. legal, IT, marketing, accounting services and other entities participating in the provision of the requested service.

  8. The data Administrator may use automated decision-making, including profiling, for marketing purposes and to tailor the offer.

  9. The data processed by the data Administrator can be accessed by the user of the Service who submitted them. The user also has the right to modify this data, to request its deletion and to restrict or stop the processing of his/her personal data at any time. The user may also request the deletion of his/her personal data from the Service at any time. The right to data portability does not apply as there is no established standard for the exchange of such data between hotel properties.

  10. The User of the Service has the right to withdraw their consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of their consent prior to its withdrawal.

  11. In order to exercise their rights set out in paragraph 8 above, the Service User should contact the Administrator using the same email address or telephone number provided to the Service by contacting administracja@palacpacoltowo.pl.

  12. Any user of the Service may file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.

  13. The Administrator performs the functions of obtaining information on users and their behaviour in the following ways:

    1. by voluntarily entering information in forms,

    2. by collecting cookies.
